Refund policy

Return Policy

Albums sold as "New" or "Sealed" cannot be returned once opened. All products must be returned within 14 days in the condition they were sold, the customer is responsible for safely shipping the album back so that it arrives in the same condition or may be subject to re-stocking fees up to 50% depending on the return condition. Customer is responsible for return postage.

Damaged Items

While small seam splits on inner sleeves are unfortunately par for the course as a record travels from the plant to your home, major dings and creases are not. If you receive a album that looks like your mailman has been playing frisbee with it, please send us some pictures of the album and packaging within 14 days. A full refund including original shipping will be issued following receipt of the damaged products. Customer is responsible for return postage.

Defective Vinyl

Generally, only severe warps, off center pressings or consistent skips are considered a defect ("crackling" or "surface noise" is not considered a defect and is inherent of the technology). Minor scratches that do not effect sound are not considered a defect.

As with any vinyl record the quality of the pressing can vary due to many factors such as pressing plant and / or quality of the media used. Due to the nature of the media and the several factors that come into play we are not responsible for defects out of our control and will not accept returns for new records that have been opened and played. We are happy to provide the contact information for the particular label or manufacturer if you believe their product does not meet your quality standards.

Restocking Fees

Orders must be returned in mint condition. Orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion, often determined by the returned product condition. Original Postage is non-refundable in the case of buyer remorse.
